Another great attachment is the Forklift Slipper or Extension! Forklift Slippers are an excellent way to extend the length of your forklift tynes. Slippers should not be more then 167% longer than the forklift tyne in accordance with the Australian Safety standards. As with all attachments, they can change your Forklift's ability to handle loads and if used incorrectly they can damage your forklift and become hazardous. It is a legal requirement to have your forklift's load data plate on your forklift at all times and most forklift attachments are required by WH&S to be added to the data plate.
